Surrey Lifts' inspections
We Ensure Thorough Examination
By law, it is your statutory duty to have an in-depth examination of your lifts regularly conducted. The Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER) requires passenger-carrying lifts to be inspected every six months, and goods-carrying lifts require the same every 12 months.
These examinations can only be completed by a suitably qualified technician, which is where Surrey Lifts come in. We cut no corners, and ensure that every component is thoroughly examined. If we notice any parts or components that need replacing or require repairs, we’ll notify you straight away and recommend the best option. We aim to make these fixes on the same day, or arrange a return visit should it not be possible right away.

Prolong The Life Of Your Lift
Once your lift has passed its examination, we will provide a signed certificate and also recommend any upgrades that are required to prolong the life of your lift.
With a successful inspection, you can use this certification and present it to your insurance company to form a valid policy. We will also keep a detailed log on our server to remind you of future checks so you do not have to worry about remembering.
